Data conversion & developer tools
Convert a representation without losing the meaning. These small utilities cover text encodings, spreadsheet rows, identifiers and timestamps without sending your input to a server.
A useful way through
1. Identify the representation
Check whether a string is a URL component, Base64 text or JSON before decoding it. Encoding does not encrypt the content and should never be treated as a privacy boundary.
2. Preserve types deliberately
Keep identifiers as strings when converting CSV. Choose the delimiter explicitly, inspect quoted multiline fields and decide how null values should be represented before exporting.
3. Verify the round trip
Try a small sample with punctuation, non-ASCII characters, empty fields and a long identifier. Compare the converted result with the original before using the full dataset.
