Use the list for your edition
Enter the contents from your own rulebook or publisher’s list. Counts can differ between editions, languages, expansions and printings. This app deliberately ships no commercial game component database. The sample game and its counts are fictional.
Separate four different facts
- Expected originals: what the source list says should be in the box.
- Originals counted: what you found, including damaged originals. Blank means unchecked, not zero.
- Damaged: how many counted originals you consider unusable.
- Substitutes: separate usable replacements. They can reduce a usable shortfall but never make the original set complete.
Take a useful snapshot
Export the JSON project before lending the box, then reopen it when pieces return. Cut-apart bag labels show expected and counted quantities. Copy the disclosure report when discussing a trade; the report makes no price or playability claim.
For 40 expected pieces, 38 originals and 2 substitutes, the usable shortfall is zero but 2 originals are still missing. Optional extras are excluded from the required-piece summary. Count faces, identities and condition yourself; matching totals cannot prove that a deck has the right cards.
Workflow reference: Asmodee after-sales guidance. Use the publisher of your own edition for replacement information.
Processing, rights and freshness
Calculations and file processing run on this device. Input is not sent to an API or stored by this workspace. Exported files may contain what you entered; share them deliberately. Use data and recordings you have the right to use.
Methods and limits were reviewed for this release on 20 October 2026. No live prices, species databases, manufacturer compatibility data or commercial game lists need refreshing. Your source records and physical measurements remain your responsibility.
